A 2007 graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a degree in Graphic Design, Nathaniel quickly transitioned from desk work to hands-on craftsmanship, becoming a journeyman union carpenter in 2016.

As the Owner/founder of Serenity Renovation, Nathaniel spent eight years transforming homes across iconic St. Louis neighborhoods like Tower Grove, Soulard, & University City, earning a reputation for design, quality & detail. As a Realtor, he uses his construction background to help clients see the potential in every property.

Beyond his role as a Realtor, Nathaniel is a passionate real estate investor & visionary entrepreneur. He & his wife Jacqi own & operate Spring Hollow Hideaway, a collection of charming short-term rental cottages in Grafton, Illinois, & are designing a one-of-a-kind glamping retreat set to open in 2025.

Nathaniel & Jacqi, reside in the historic neighborhood of Ellendale with their two children, Veyah & River, & their playful dogs, King Drogro & Queen Khaleesi. Together, they are not only invested in their community but also in creating unforgettable experiences for others.

When not helping clients or restoring his 125-year-old home “Greta,” Nathaniel enjoys outdoor adventures like floating Missouri’s rivers, exploring Colorado’s mountains, & getting tactical on the paintball field with his son River.
